Our Services
Youth Support is designed to provide individually tailored support to young people age 8 to 13 years to prevent their entry into care, or their progression through the care system to higher level interventions.
Our Youth Support programme is designed to empower every young person, fostering positive community engagement and nurturing strong familial bonds.

Empowering young individuals aged 8 to 13, our Youth Support initiative offers personalised assistance
We believe in enabling young individuals to thrive within their communities while supporting those transitioning from care environments back to community living.
At the core of our programme lies a commitment to individualised support, offered through both one-to-one and group settings.
This personalized approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each young person, focusing not only on their specific requirements but also on the development of essential social and relationship-building skills.
Our goal is to facilitate not only personal growth but also meaningful connections within the community.
By providing comprehensive support and guidance, we aim to equip young individuals with the tools and abilities necessary to engage positively within their communities and cultivate resilient, healthy family relationships.
Whether it's aiding the transition back to community living or enhancing social and relationship skills, our Youth Support programme is dedicated to empowering young people, nurturing their potential and fostering a sense of belonging within their community.
The Youth Support programme is funded through Tusla and works in conjunction with Meitheal.
