As a Social Worker in this specialist team, you will work closely with people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and living with multiple, often overlapping needs—such as mental health issues, substance use, and trauma. Through compassionate, person-centred assessments, you will help develop realistic and achievable support plans tailored to each individual.
