Low Threshold services offers personalised sessions tailored to each client's preferences, aiming to conduct them at a venue of their choice whenever possible. This client-centric approach ensures comfort and ease during the intervention process.

Our teams each year deliver hundreds of interventions, including 1-1 appointments and telephone calls to people seeking support, as well as their family networks.
Operating through a multifaceted approach, we utilise various interventions across multiple sessions to foster stability and initiate positive transformations.
Collaboratively designed with the client, each session establishes agreed-upon actions to promote tangible changes and impart skills for long-term effectiveness in navigating life's challenges.
The service offers a needle exchange programme, ensuring safe disposal of used needles and access to clean ones to reduce the risk of blood-borne infections.
Additionally, we provide naloxone, a life-saving medication that can reverse opioid overdoses, empowering our community to respond effectively in emergency situations.
We welcome referrals from various sources, embracing self-referrals from individuals themselves, as well as referrals received from concerned family members (provided the individual consents), dedicated carers, and professionals vested in the individual's well-being.
This inclusive referral process ensures that individuals from diverse backgrounds and circumstances can access our specialised support services, empowering them on their journey towards positive and sustainable change.
