- Getting caught in the moment:Drinks flowing, sun shining and atmosphere electric – you can easily get caught up and take something and you don’t know what it is. This carries risks.
- Prescription interactions:Some substances interact negatively with the likes of anti-depressants, ADHD medication or other prescription drugs – if you have underlying health concerns your risk may be higher.

- Don’t leave drinks unattendedor take drinks from strangers – spiking can happen in these busy environments.
- Mixing drugs increases your chances of heart damage, overdose and can interfere with prescribed medication.
