What This Service Aims to Do
Extern's Low Threshold Services support people experiencing problematic substance and alcohol use, using a person-centred approach for individuals who wish to reduce their use. Sessions are personalised and, wherever possible, held at a venue of the client's choice, ensuring comfort and ease throughout the intervention process.
Each year, the team delivers hundreds of interventions, including one-to-one appointments and telephone support, for both individuals and their family networks.
